Dumb Bird Thinks He's A Bat
I don't know what's going on here. Do animals, as well as people, lose their minds when they enter my house. The bird has now taken to hanging upside down in his cage. I thought it was an accident the one time I saw him do it, but now he seems to do it all the time. The kids have decided that what we really need is another one to keep him company. When I said I wasn't sure, Lauren and Brandon decided that they would pool their money and buy one themselves. GREAT.

I think the bird is great! I have never seen another parakeet figure out how to hang upside down!
BTW, the bird looks like a "she" to me. You might want to make sure of the sex if a second is going to be added.
